Ellen has created strategic solutions to organizational challenges within large and small businesses including law firms, technology companies, and government contractors. She has designed and implemented programs involving new hire orientation and transition, retention, leadership development, performance improvement and career self-management. The transformational results have enabled organizations to minimize recruitment and retention costs, while enabling individuals to improve productivity and reach optimum job satisfaction levels.

Throughout her experience Ellen has helped hundreds of individuals overcome barriers to success and achieve breakthrough results with their careers, businesses and personal goals. Ellen holds a Master's of Science in Counseling and Psychological Services with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is a Registered Corporate Coach through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Ellen is an advisor and career coach to the award winning Mentoring Program for the Northern Virginia Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) chapter.
