Success Story: Grace, Mom of 3

Grace was a stay-at-home mom for almost 5 years following the birth of her first child. With the addition of 2 more soon after, Grace made the choice to put her career on hold as a nurse and stay at home to be with her kids. With her oldest in Kindergarten and the others in preschool, Grace decided to assess what it would take to re-launch her career in 2014, and she reached out to Ellen for help.

Ellen and Grace met initially to discuss Grace's professional goals. Together they evaluated how many hours Grace wanted to work, what certifications/credentials Grace needed after being away from her profession for 6 years, and what a balanced life and career looked like for Grace.
